Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

New York Local Delivery We offer local delivery within New York City and surrounding areas. Local delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a delivery confirmation once your order is on its way.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some products may have restrictions due to local regulations.

Damaged or Lost Packages We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.
